Stig Lindberg (1916-1982) is one of the most renowned designers of Swedish ceramic art of the 20th century. He is well-known for his constant creativity and exceptional eye for shapes, proportions and patterns. Lindberg is represented at the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design.

Stig Lindberg’s playful Pumpkin (Pumpa) bowl from 1958 is decorated with a glossy light green glaze.

Made by the Swedish factory Gustavsberg in stoneware.

Measures 32 cm long x 9 cm wide.

Signed Gustavsberg.

Condition: Excellent, no damages to the ceramic.
