We ship via the Royal Mail Tracked service, the most reliable courier both at home and internationally. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, to arrive with UK customers within 5 days (excluding Sundays). The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
STANDARD UK DELIVERY – £6.95
Standard delivery within the UK costs £6.95 irrespective of the weight of the parcel. Orders should ordinarily arrive within 5 days (excluding Sundays).
We offer a next-day delivery service via royal mail for UK addresses only, orders must be placed on weekdays before 1pm. Large parcels via courier services may take 48 hours. We cannot guarantee deliveries on a Saturday, Sunday or on bank holiday Mondays, nor can we provide a next day service to Jersey, the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, counties north of West Lothian or Northern Ireland.

We are happy to fulfil orders to addresses outside Europe. These can take up to 5 weeks to arrive depending on the local Customs office. This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. All orders over 2kg in weight will need to be shipped via special courier. Order confidently from us, knowing you may return any products within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange as long as those products are in the same condition as they left us. We always aim to process returns as quickly as possible within 5 days of our receipt.
Although our parcels have always arrived in perfect condition, please inform us by email if any breakages occur in transit within 48 hours of arrival.
All items are sent fully insured. If an item gets lost or damaged during delivery we will fully refund you.
Any reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 7 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this.
