Delivery and Returns

All orders are wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and despatched to you in sturdy cardboard or poly boxes filled with poly beads that can be recycled once you’ve finished with them.

DELIVERY DETAILS

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed, to arrive with UK customers within 5 days (excluding Sundays). The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. All deliveries are made by Royal mail or Parcel force, depending on size and will require a signature on delivery.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY – £6.95

Standard delivery within the UK costs £6.95 irrespective of the weight of the parcel. Orders should ordinarily arrive within 5 days (excluding Sundays).

NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY – £12.95

We offer a next-day delivery service for UK addresses only, with orders placed on weekdays before 1pm guaranteed to arrive the next working day. 

Our next day service is available for orders placed for delivery Monday to Friday. We cannot guarantee deliveries on a Saturday, Sunday or on bank holiday Mondays, nor can we provide a next day service to Jersey, the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, counties north of West Lothian or Northern Ireland.

HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS – UK DELIVERY – £18.00

Standard delivery to Jersey, the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, counties north of West Lothian or Northern Ireland.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY – £18.00
We are happy to fulfil orders to other European addresses. These are charged at £18.00 an order and can take up to a week to arrive. 
 
REST OF THE WORLD – £22.00

We are happy to fulfil orders to addresses outside Europe. These are charged at £22.00 an order and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the local Customs office. This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. 

All orders over 2kg in weight will need to be shipped via special courier. Please ask for a delivery price for your country. 

TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international deliveries are sent by Royal Mail International and the progress of your delivery can be tracked through their website;     http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace

Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Order confidently from us, knowing you may return any products within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange as long as those products are in the same condition as they left us. We always aim to process returns as quickly as possible within 5 days of our receipt.

DAMAGED GOODS

Although our parcels have always arrived in perfect condition, please inform us by email if any breakages occur in transit within 48 hours of arrival. 

All items are sent fully insured. If an item gets lost or damaged during delivery we will fully refund you. 

Any reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 7 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract.
