Full set of vintage Piero Fornasetti coasters. This set depicting a Roman chariot was made by the Fornasetti factory in Milan, Italy during the 1960s.

” From tiles to coasters, teacups, appetizer bowls, trays and teapots, there was no ceramic object Fornasetti didn’t recast in a new light.”  

He called them conversation pieces, each piece is unique, an excellent reason for a conversational discussion.

Fantastic set of eight porcelain coasters/nut dishes with a gilded porcelain finish and featuring chariot riders.

Measures H 6.35 mm x Dm 10.16 cm

Condition: Excellent, no damages to the ceramic and gilding is near perfect.
