Gustav Oppel (1891 – 1978) studied at the Royal School in Dresden, Munich and the Museum of Decorative Arts in Berlin, a pupil of Joseph Wackerle. This prestigious artist was one of the most sought after artists of his generation. His works impress with ease, grace, and in movement.
