Daisy Makeig-Jones series of “ordinary Lustre” ware.

A small footed dish from the Wedgwood factory circa 1920. It has a rare green lustre exterior with gold Aquatic bead border. (Silver is the element mixed with glaze to produce the gorgeous green lustre, the pieces were more expensive to produce and there were less made). The dish is decorated with a multi coloured lustre turtle on a mother of pearl lustre with a gold bead border and rim.

Printed Wedgwood with Portland Vase mark to base.

Size: 3 cm high x 9.5 cm diameter 

Condition : Excellent, no damage, the gilding is very good.
