The Fennec fox figure was made by the Austrian porcelain manufacturer Augarten in Vienna from an original design by Karin Jarl-Sakellarios, circa 1926 .

It is no wonder this figure is popular with collectors all over the world. It is a beautiful model of the desert fox, made by hand in white porcelain and decorated by skilled artists.

Marked underneath with the blue shield, crown on top and Wien underneath, an impressed number that is hard to see, Made in Austria, as well as a painter’s mark 82 in black as shown.
