Early Wedgwood cup and saucer, circa 1914. This beautiful set of fine bone china has a powder blue glaze, a technique perfected by Wedgwood in the early twentieth century imitating a Chinese style. Each piece has then been decorated with a multi coloured lustre butterfly on the front of the cup and central to the saucer. The rims are gilded with floral swags.
