An extremely rare advertising sign for the ‘ Chinese Bouquet ‘ design made by the Hungarian porcelain factory Herend.

Chinese Bouquet or Apponyi, is one of the most popular designs of tableware. It has a central design of a Peony flower surrounded by garlands of leaves, in the Chinese style. The origin of the pattern is associated with Count Albert Apponyi, for who this simplified version of Fleurs des Indes was first made.

The porcelain sign stands 15 cm high x 19 cm wide.

Impressed factory stamp

Condition: Perfect; no damages to the porcelain or gilding.
