Daisy Makeig-Jones series of “ordinary Lustre” ware.

An unusual Byerley shape bowl from Wedgwood, produced in an orange lustre with stainings and mottling being predominately blue and brown. The interior is lined with a rare mother of pearl lustre with green stainings. Gold Oriental motifs and symbols surround the bowl and a large multi coloured lustre butterfly sits centre.

Printed Wedgwood with Portland Vase mark to base. Z4830.

Condition : Excellent, no damage, gilding good.
