In a celebration of the fantastic Italian cuisine, sets of 6 or 12 recipe plates were made for each region during the 1960s and 1970s.
” From tiles to coasters, teacups, appetizer bowls, trays and teapots, there was no ceramic object Fornasetti didn’t recast in a new light.” He called them conversation pieces, each piece is unique, an excellent reason for a conversational discussion.
