Daisy Makeig-Jones series of lustre ware Nizami the Persian Poems.

A beautifully decorated green lustre small decorative dish with a Nizami design and Beowulf bead pattern to the rim. This design dates to 1928 and this is a very clean example that clearly has never been used for anything other than display. Hard to photograph but i can assure you the colours are dark and crisp and the gilding perfect.
