An Original Art Deco Bust of the Madonna from the Goldscheider company, listed in the catalogue of works by Dechant and Goldscheider.

This extremely rare piece is absolutely stunning.

Hand made in white clay, only used during the 1920s/30s.

The detail and painting is truly wonderful.

Printed marks to base Goldscheider GWM Wein Made in Austria.

This dates it to the years 1937- 41

Height 19 cm x 28 cm

Condition: Excellent, no damages to the ceramic, checked with UV light, no crazing to the glaze.
